Coyote Ridge is a luxurious 3,700 sq. ft. vacation home nestled in the towering pines of the Ouachita National Forest in the new Northern Hills addition. Coyote Ridge’s multi-level wrap around decks, outdoor hot tub, campfire area, outdoor barbecue and eating / entertaining areas provide ample opportunity to enjoy the beautiful treetop views that surround the cabin.

Inside Coyote Ridge, the soaring high ceilings with floor-to-roof glass continue to bring the forest landscape inside. The two-story rock fireplace, hardwood floors, knotty pine interior and luxurious décor will give you a feeling of total comfort and relaxation. All 4 bedrooms offer King beds, closets, ceiling fans and Smart TV's. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large soaking tub, a separate tile shower and a large vanity area. French doors from the Master bedroom open to the covered deck and hot tub. Around on the front deck is a kids clubhouse with a slide.

The two upstairs King bedrooms each offer a private deck and share a full bathroom with a shower / tub combo. Each has a King bed, Smart TV and a small private balcony for morning coffee, daytime sunbathing or night time star gazing.

Coyote Ridge’s dining areas offer indoor and outdoor seating for 10 – 12 people with a fully-equipped kitchen which features beautiful white quartz counters and island bar with seating for 4 people.

A winding wooden staircase leads to the basement level of Coyote Ridge, which features a game room with a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a vintage arcade game system, board games, a 2nd living area with a twin sleeper (chair-and-a-half), a queen sofa bed couch and a Smart TV. The 4th bedroom in the walk-out basement offers a King bed, and a twin day bed, a full bathroom with a tile shower and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. An added bonus is 2 built-in twin extra long bunk beds at the end of the hall, just off the game room.

CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY is a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Donations to CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY are deductible under Section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Consult your tax professional for deductibility of amounts paid for auction purchases. 

 

 

Disputes for auction items purchased online, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY. CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction description or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY. If a refund or credit is approved by the CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY Board for any auction item, the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third-party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the CHRISTIAN OUTDOOR MINISTRY Board and all Board decisions are final.
